One of the positive effect, both directly and indirectly, for the last 5 years the accelerated pace of infrastructure development in Indonesia that we have seen lately is the increasing demand for security services in various fields, especially tourism. At the end of 2017 PHRI noted that Indonesia will open 55,000 rooms from hudreds of hotels spread across Indonesia especially Java and Bali, as one of the answers to the demands of the target of foreing toursts visiting 2018. The demand for security guards has increased and changed due to this additional task to become the front face of a business. This complexity certainly requires additional skills from security personnel.

We are ready to answer those challenges with such planning that is not only merely well tailored to the needs of each business. This will be supported by continuous, task oriented trainings followed by regular evaluation. My experience for 20 years working in the hospitality sector will be a very useful base for filling gaps that are ofen encountered in the field of security services for hotels and apartments.
